Theater

New Haven has a long and renowned theater tradition which began when New Haven was the major site for premieres of large Broadway productions before their launch on Broadway. Today, New Haven’s active theater district includes five major theaters, including the Shubert Theater, the Palace, Long Wharf Theater, and the Yale Repertory Theater (the theater of the Yale School of Drama). Read here to learn more about theater opportunities.
