Instructor in Pediatrics (Adolescent Medicine) and Clinical Instructor in Nursing
Dr. Camenga provides primary care and subspecialty care for adolescents, with additional clinical interests in the areas of substance abuse particularly tobacco, alcohol, and marijuana use; smoking cessation; eating disorders including anorexia nervosa, bulimia and obesity; and expertise in medical and psychosocial management of complex co-morbid disease process.
Dr. Camenga provides primary care and subspecialty care for adolescents with clinical interests in the areas of substance use, eating disorders, and in medical and psychosocial management of complex co-morbid conditions. Her research focuses on the identification and treatment of substance use disorders in primary care. She completed her medical education and pediatric residency at the University of Rochester School of Medicine in Rochester, NY and fellowship at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Clinical Scholars Program at the Yale School of Medicine.
