Members of Yale Cardiac Nuclear Medicine perform a complete range of imaging studies for the diagnosis and evaluation of cardiovascular disease. This leading nuclear cardiology laboratory has developed many of the radionuclide imaging techniques now used widely all over the world.
The Yale Nuclear Cardiology Laboratory offers state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment complemented by a highly trained and specialized staff for performing cardiovascular Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT), Positron Emission Tomography (PET) and X-ray Computed Tomography (CT) imaging. The nuclear cardiology staff are available for consultative services over the phone to optimize exam selection.
