Yale Transplant and Immunology and the Yale-New Haven Organ Transplant Center (see Programs & Centers) offer comprehensive, multidisciplinary care and treatment for patients suffering from end-stage organ failure. Transplant services for adults and children include kidney, liver, pancreatic and solid abdominal organ transplant. The section offers cardiac, pulmonary and cardiopulmonary transplant.Our efforts are dedicated to the highest level of compassionate and ethical care for these special patients. We offer a wide range of laboratory and diagnostic services through the histocompatibility and immune evaluation laboratory. Ongoing development of new strategies for improving transplant care through clinical research, including clinical trials and basic science research, remains integral to our work.
